Position Overview

Speedeon goes to market through both direct sales and indirect partnerships, with a primary focus on Fortune 1000. Most  Speedeon partnerships will be highly consultative with a requirement to understand complex business requirements and craft a solution that meets those needs.

Our Strategic Partnership team is looking for an ambitious, high achieving self-starter with strong deal, strategy, and relationship management experience to leverage our rapidly growing business. The Strategic Partner Manager will manage and expand high profile partnerships. In this role, you will own strategy, execution, and management of key strategic partnerships within North America. You will work alongside your partners to achieve their strategic objectives and exceed Speedeon’s revenue growth targets by driving overall market adoption of Speedeon solutions across partners.

This is a critical role within the broader client-facing Speedeon team and requires cross-organizational collaboration with sales, client strategy, customer success and senior management. Travel will be required (approximately 25-50%) depending on customer requirements.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand a dedicated set of strategic partnerships.
  • Communicate Speedeon’s unique value proposition for strategic partners and their customers while identifying opportunities to embed Speedeon solutions into partner offerings.
  • Proactively cultivate and manage senior-level executive relationships with partners, and build relationships within all levels of the partner organizations.
  • Fluent in social selling skills, with the ability to use LinkedIn and other traditional methods of prospecting, research, and outreach.
  • Establish a regular cadence with partners for pipeline, opportunity, and business reviews to help drive adoption.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute joint activities with Speedeon and Partner teams  (e.g., events, webinars, white papers, customer success stories, demand generation programs, etc.).
  • Develop strategic plans to achieve both strategic and revenue objectives and exceed key performance indicators.
  • Assist the management team in account level revenue reporting and drive action plans for revenue growth.
  • Maintain Hubspot CRM necessary  to report sales activity and customer information.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in sales or sales development
  • SAAS Experience and/or consumer marketing data and MarTech platforms is preferred
  • Proficient in Hubspot or another CRM platform
  • Proven track record of success growing and expanding strategic partnerships and delivering revenue through partner opportunity identification and management
  • Ability to develop and implement a plan for mutual success
  • Ability to build and manage predictable and sustainable pipelines with specific partnership relationships
  • Exceptional communication skills with executives and stakeholders, and an ability to operate in an unstructured and fast paced environment
  • Extremely proactive with high energy and a self-starter mentality

Other Requirements

  • Able to sit for two-hour intervals for up to eight hours a day under artificial lighting and operate a computer, telephone, and other business equipment
  • Available for occasional weekend and evening work
  • Some travel required (up to 50%)
