Position Overview
This role is for a dynamic, detail-oriented Customer Success Manager working within the Customer Success team. As a member of the Customer Success Team, the Customer Success Manager will work directly with the VP, Customer Success to spearhead the support and development of SaaS enterprise accounts. This will include onboarding new accounts, supporting clients through the development and implementation of data-driven marketing strategies as well as providing support and troubleshooting, ensuring meaningful platform utilization and customer retention.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage multiple AudienceMaker accounts, serving as the primary day-to-day contact for all tactical, executional, and strategic requests
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of the AudienceMaker platform and assist customers with questions, navigation and support
- Lifecycle management of AudienceMaker accounts including onboarding, platform support & continuing engagement, supporting up-sell initiatives
- Develop marketing strategies for customers to customize direct mail, telemarketing, digital, and email campaigns for acquisition and retention in both B2C and B2B markets
- Contribute to the creation of AudienceMaker training materials, training courses for customers and team members
- Monitor customer activity within the AudienceMaker platform for the goal of improving the customer experience and supporting retention
- Support the demonstration of the AudienceMaker platform for new and potential clients and stakeholders
- Ability to discuss technical issues with technical and non-technical audiences and work in a multidisciplinary environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Customer Success Management, Customer Relationship Management or Marketing with prior experience either with a brand, consulting firm or experience within a marketing or advertising agency.
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Strong Project Management or Account Management background
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience working with business or consumer marketing data

Other Requirements:
- Able to sit for two-hour intervals for up to eight hours a day under artificial lighting and operate a computer, telephone, and other business equipment
- Available for occasional weekend and evening work
- Travel to prospects/accounts as part of the Speedeon account team as requested (10 – 15%)
